1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CMX AI website and services, operated by CMX Limited. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

CMX AI provides:

  • Online AI resources, guides and learning materials
  • Online AI courses
  • AI consultation services delivered via Zoom

Access to resources and courses requires an active membership subscription.

3. Membership

3.1 Subscription Plans

CMX AI offers two membership plans:

  • Monthly membership at the current published price
  • Annual membership at the current published price

3.2 Payment

Membership payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Cancellation

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships run for the full year from the date of purchase.

3.4 Refunds

Membership refunds may be available within the first 7 days of purchase, provided that no premium content has been accessed. After this period, or if content has been accessed, refunds are not available.

4. AI Consultation

4.1 Booking

AI consultations are one-hour sessions delivered via Zoom. Upon payment, you will receive instructions to schedule your session.

4.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will arrange an alternative time.

4.3 Refunds

Consultation refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds are available after the consultation has taken place or within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CMX AI website, including text, graphics, courses, resources, videos and design elements, is owned by CMX Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute or share any content without our prior written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own educational and professional purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Reproduce, resell or redistribute any CMX AI content
  • Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the website without authorisation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content

7. Disclaimer

CMX AI provides educational content and consultation guidance. Our services are designed to inform and support your understanding and use of artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results or professional gains from using our services. AI guidance is provided in good faith and reflects our best professional judgement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMX Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
